THE TEA PARTY WILL BE WATCHING EVERY SUPPOSEDLY FRESH TEA PARTY HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES POLITICIAN, WHO DO NOT SPONSOR THE MANDATED E-VERIFY BILL (H.R. 2885.) THEY SHOULD REMEMBER THAT THE TEA PARTY HAS A TENS OF MILLIONS OF VOTING US CITIZENS.
Currently taxpayer’s are subsidizing some of the 9.1 percent of (22 million citizens and legal residents) of unemployed Americans, since the leaders of Congress (bipartisan) have declined to vote on a bill on this immigration enforcement bill. It would send a message to the millions of illegal aliens hired by criminal business owners, who have placed in payroll jobs of construction, entertainment, hospitality, and manufacturing and of the service workforce.
President Obama has just announced to a large crowd, that he is going ahead with one piece-meal construction project to repair bridges, across the country. This is all well and good, even though this is going against approval of the House. What must be demanded is that Contractors and sub-contractors use E-Verify, to eliminate foreign laborers from taking the jobs from Americans.
Rep. Lamar Smith’s House Judiciary Committee has already passed a bill to move illegal aliens out of those jobs. But a lot more Members of the U.S. House of Representatives need to sign the bill, before House leaders will move it to the top of the list for a vote. We should not let this bill (H.R. 2885) fall between the cracks, as it’s apparent power strengthen a thousand fold, by changing it from ‘THE LEGAL WORKFORCE ACT’ accredited as E-Verify from voluntary to a solid mandatory program so nobody can escape from its electronic talons; either habitual business owner or his hired illegal aliens.
Please call your House Representative at the Congressional Switchboard at 202-224-3121 and beleaguer them to sponsor the ‘Legal Workforce’ Act, specifically the ‘Ways and Means Committee, controlled by Majority Speak John Boehner (R-OH) to get his colleagues House Representatives of their reluctant seats and sponsor Bill H.R. 2885.

Remember that your tax dollars fortunately are supporting regular Americans and their families to buy food and gas for their car. Unemployment benefits, Food Stamps can only go so far, so you can help put bread on the table. With no hindrance from our federal government, our schools are crowded with children of illegal nationals, the emergency hospitals suffocating under the illegal parents with their kids, and all are mostly unfunded mandates. In the past 10 years over 89 hospitals have been shuttered in the Border States, and even worse the penal system has to find room for hundreds of thousands of illegal alien felons.

HOW CAN WE EVER HOPE TO CUT THE 15 TRILLION DOLLARS UNITED STATES DEFICIT, WHEN WE ARE SUPPORTING A RISING 100 BILLION DOLLARS TO FISCALLY MAINTAIN ILLEGAL ALIEN FAMILIES.
IF THE TEA PARTY TAKES BACK THE SENATE, ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION WILL BE REDUCED TO A TRICKLE, WITH FULL ENFORCEMENT OF THE 1986 SIMPSON-MAZZOLI BILL. THE TEA PARTY WILL PERMANENTLY DEPLOY A NATIONAL GUARD FORCE AT THE BORDER, WITH THE FULL INSTALLATION OF THE 2006 SECURE FENCE ACT. SANCTUARY CITIES WILL BE PROHIBITED AND ONLY THE HIGHEST SKILLED OCCUPATION IN SCIENCE, ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY WILL RECEIVE EXPEDITED JOB VISAS.
The latest Freshman Rep. David Schweikert (R-Ariz.) who has cosponsored the House Judiciary Chairman Lamar Smith's Legal Workforce Act (H.R. 2885) that would require 100 percent of businesses to use E-Verify for new hires within 2 years. Schweikert is joining 48 other sponsors, which as anybody should guess contains no Democrats. No Liberal, Republican of the established hierarchy are skittish in sponsoring this bill, as it will reduced large voting blocs of illegal aliens and the leaders in the influential GOP ‘s, eradication of cheap labor. In all future election TEA PARTY members will stay vigilant on polling Stations, registration rolls and absentee ballot fraud. The dogma from Democrats that E-Verify is full of errors is claptrap, as they are nervous that future votes—legal and illegal—will be severed.
THIS ADMINISTRATION IN FAILING BADLY IN SUPPORTING OUR LOCAL POLICING POLICIES, SUCH IS IN ARIZONA. WE MUST GIVE THEM THE TOOLS TO FIGHT NOT ONLY ILLEGAL ALIEN, BUT GUN RUNNERS, DRUG DEALERS AND THE AWFUL INFLUX OF CRIMINALS. EVERY POLICE DEPARTMENT SHOULD DEMAND THE PROGRAM ’SECURE COMMUNITIES’ SO FINGERPRINTS OF ILLEGAL ALIEN SUSPECTS CAN BE FORWARDED TO ICE AND HOMELAND SECURITY.

(An additional bonus of passage of this legislation is that has been learned the last three years, that when illegal migrants and immigrant cannot get payroll jobs, they start to depart to their home countries.)
‘The Legal Workforce Act’ could potentially open up 7 million non-agricultural jobs currently stolen by illegal aliens for 22 million citizens-residents who want a full-time job but can't find one. The bill would phase-in E-Verify for all businesses over 2 years and requires all federal and state governments to begin using E-Verify within 6 months. The bill would also spot illegal aliens currently holding jobs by reinstating the ‘No-Match’ letter program and by notifying owners of Social Security numbers, that others are probably involved in using the SS multiple times. Members of the TEA PARTY will be trained to oversee voting irregularities, in the 2012 election.
