The question to ask yourself does ‘the Legal Workforce acts (E-Verify) benefit you? If you have a highly skilled paying job such as a production engineer, a teacher or a store manager—probably not? But if you work in a school district as a janitor, or are employed as a janitor for a high rise office block, construction laborer, maids and housekeepers, Taxi drivers and chauffeurs, meat processors, Grounds maintenance workers, Porters, bellhops, and concierges, Casino workers, entertainment and Janitors the chances are especially in the inner city you’re that type of employment has gone to an illegal alien. American youngster used to do babysitting, mowing lawns and small jobs to supplement their saving for college. Even these jobs have been taken by foreign persons.  Jobs associated with the lower income have disappeared to illegal workers in the last 25 years, encouraged by callous business owners who see nothing--but larger profits for them.

Can anybody give a better reason why Arizona, Alabama, Georgia, Indiana and South Carolina are trying to bring to a halt this trespassing invasion? A Decatur Republican Representative Micky Hammon stated, "The truth is more Alabamians are working today thanks in part to our decision to crack down on illegal immigration." It is his name on the immigration bill that became law, the Beason-Hammon Alabama Taxpayer and Citizen Protection Act. Immigration enforcement works—IF IT’S ENFORCED.

These states are overwhelmed with illegal welfare recipients, which businesses have enticed thousands of the poor from across the globe—with no restrictions from any government even before President Obama. These are all unfunded laws driven by the courts, perhaps not realistic in its assumption that illegal aliens will raise the economy, but instead has cause major problems in the entitlement programs. Schools, hospitals, housing is just a small portion of this illegal occupation costing American taxpayers over a hundred billion annually—with no end in sight, unless we enact a law now?

This has been an outrageous fact around the country, where black citizens, Hispanic citizens, Asian citizens and white citizens and other races of low income Americans, have been displaced by foreign nationals who have illegally entered this country. In the past 25 years California and nationwide employers including the janitorial businesses have turned their backs on the average American workers. Employers have come to habitually say that these ‘jobs that Americans won't do.’ Contrary to this pitiful excuse, these are jobs that Americans once did, but lost them to illegal aliens and with no end in sight, unless we can convince the Ways and Means Committee headed by Majority Speak John Boehner of Ohio, to move E-Verify to the house floor. 

As an example thousands of illegal aliens in North Carolina have displaced Americans in the furniture manufacturing industry. The white and black workers traditionally were employed in this occupation before the onslaught of illegal aliens, as they held these jobs for years. This trend has picked up steam, killing jobs for thousands of Southerners who have labored in this in these factory jobs. But today these Americans are out of work as inveterate company owners are transporting by busloads of foreigners to the factories to enhance their earnings.

The Mandatory E-Verify bill is not perfect immigration enforcement, as the open border zealots and the Washington lobbyists never exhaust their reasoning on its faults and errors.  But every step upwards means more tools in the arsenal including Homeland Security and the Social security administration arranging a compact with the countrywide use of the Depts. of Motor picture ID Vehicle identification. Those already well acquainted--illegal migrants and immigrants who  buy fake Social Security Cards, drivers licenses, birth certificates, etc, brought on the black market, will be easily detected and illegal alien will be tagged for investigation.

Illegal immigration has completely exploded out of proportion, which must be reduced to a small stream or even stopped. This is why ‘The Legal Workforce Act; Bill 2885 is viable and extremely important to the mainstream job market. Finally the House Representatives are hearing this plea and already adding the 12 more lawmakers in the last two weeks, bringing the number of co-sponsors to 65, who wanting this law to reach the floor of the House of Representatives. The needed pinnacle to reach the chambers is 100 co-sponsors and you can do your part, to move the bill along. Mike Coffman (R-Colo.) joined the other Co-sponsors, with now only 35 co-sponsors left to go. Every day now the House of Representatives are moving this most crucial of bills, to institute E-VERIFY--Lamar Smith's Legal Workforce Act (H.R.2885.) It is political anguish to learn that Sen. Harry Reid’s (D-NV) and many Democrats are withholding many other bills from reaching the Senate floor. Nevada is currently another epicenter for swarms of illegal migrants and immigrants who headed there to work, before the housing boom collapse.  Senator Reid of all people should desire to begin the removal of illegal aliens, who have moved into the state and living of taxpayers. As of today they are progressing quite rapidly towards a ‘Balance Budget Amendment’ so that the federal government can at least in essence, establish a platform for keeping discretionary spending down. No matter how it hurts—as painful as it is-- we must start to reduce the 15 Trillion dollars, However, having to Repeat continuously a wearisome mantra, that this country has a colossal illegal immigration problem and that its emptying the welfare safety-net for the legal population falls on deaf ears, specifically in the Liberal section of Democrats. To telescope the estimated $113 billion (Heritage Foundation) dollar figure and climbing, so we must demand that both Democrats and Republicans sponsor these run away arrears.

The Liberal press or other media are continuous in not labeling the difference between a legal immigrant who has a working visa and an illegal alien who is a criminal fugitive who stole into America. Once the policymakers endorse passage of a mandatory E-Verify law, then we can also approve a uniform ‘Guest Worker’ program similar in substance to the Second World War ‘Bracero’ program, allowing farmers and other Agrarian industries to hire foreign workers, but using a tracking system as other countries. This will include airport entrances of tourists, students and other persons so the visa overstays can be effortlessly locate if they abscond. Farmers will have to supplement their labor, with a reasonable wage, benefits housing and not allow their employed to become yet another financial weight on taxpayers as health care and children’s schooling. Additionally expedited visas should be approved for peak skilled occupations, that would like to immigrate from other lands, but introduce any restrictions including the border fence to prohibit any individuals—illegal aliens and criminals.

With an estimated 8.2 million foreign nationals with jobs, to eject some from the labor force could make a huge dent in the 22 million legal workers who are unemployed.

If the illegal alien parent cannot find a job, then he/she will certainly benefit from going to his homeland, taking his spouse and children with him/her. This will indicate less overcrowded public education, medical care and a reduction in the prison populace. The TEA PARTY majority will vote to amend the instant citizenship for babies of illegal alien parents. The TEA PARTY will close loopholes and cut funding to Sanctuary cities or eliminate those ordinances. The majority of Americans are already aware the paramount seriousness of the illegal alien occupation, which has spread like a virus across this nation. Our Schools have suffered and our children’s classes especially in the inner cities have exploded in mass. On the Southwest coast 79 hospitals have been forced to close, having not sufficient funding to accommodate low income people, but more so illegal alien families that go to these locations for even minor infections. Large community hospitals are under constant swarms of the poor from other countries and overpowering the use of our own stricken poor. Some loyal politicians have dared to go against their own party elite, who truly believe that the American people should come first,  risking their seats in Congress to sponsor an domestic immigration law, that can release the crush of numerous eras of government unfunded mandates.

Even under enormous pressure in not cooperating with corporate and special interest lobbyists, who can withhold campaign money and even injuring their chance of reelection; they have not stumbled and dropped this new impending law. Obama and his/our so called public servants have shown their aversion to enforcing our 1986 Immigration laws and instead threatened states who are out to lighten the terrible money burden on their residents. To be fair, the President did begin the purge of illegal immigrants with some gusto? But eventually his Liberal backing contained the volume deportations and changed to a more lax enforcement. There is no difference between any individual who scorned our entry laws. This is criminal act—first slipping past the border fence, or flying to this country under false pretences is a violation, then using forged documents to settle here is a felony?

What we must do, is stopping the fraudulent importation of lesser skilled workers, which are colluded into this country with criminal applications by lawyers carefully groomed by unethical businesses. The door must be slammed shut on manual labor and cut welfare to lazy Americans and put them to work.

Following the example of the great border State of Arizona already crippled by large numbers of poverty from across the border, the potential of repeated financial ruin-- as already seen in the Sanctuary states of California and Nevada. Seeing the potential for their own deficit demise, states including Alabama, Georgia, Indiana and South Carolina have enacted their own policing laws—even though they are being hounded by Obama’s judicial department.    The controversial E-Verify enforcement program, can no longer is ignored as it’s grown in remarkable strength, although demonized by the Leftist press. Its nationwide operation will start to reduce illegal immigration if made law. Continuously upgraded E-VERIFY is being revised to use state Departments of Motor vehicles, beginning with Mississippi. As more states add their picture ID and new tools added, the pessimists will have nothing to crow about. Under the new enforcement ICE audits will be repeated annually, so very few nationals will escape the net.

 

Using these billions of dollars, states will have the money for infrastructure repair and many other projects. California is heavily burdened with illegal aliens, which Los Angeles county welfare costs alone could easily supplement the small states of Vermont or Rhode Island ‘Gross Domestic Product’ for a whole year.

Prison accommodation and jails will become less populated as more and more illegal aliens will remain in their own country and the majority of hangers-on self-deport. Education facilities will not have to hire substantial numbers of bilingual teachers and billions of dollars will be finally saved across the board. The already obscene figure of $113 billion dollars can be re-absorbed into state treasuries for our resident old, homeless and sick. Extra dollars can be spent on more internal enforcement and then we can then adopt a more uniform ‘Guest Worker’ program with a verifiable tracking system, not the fraudulent mess that is been engineered by the business industry.

Attn: If you want your vote to count, then we must demand a nationwide government law, to insure our electoral process is protected. There is an elevated issue of illegal aliens voting in our elections. Obama’s organizations like Acorn are still out there and under a new name can badly damage a citizens voting privilege. E-VERIFY--Lamar Smith's Legal Workforce Act (H.R.2885) would require 100% of companies—large and small-- to use E-Verify for all new hires within 2 years. This bill would also require all federal, state, and local agencies as well as federal and state contractors/ sub-contractors and critical infrastructure sites to use E-Verify within 6 months; eliminating the majority of illegal alien workers from the 8.5 jobs they are holding in this country.  Increase employer penalties and fines for knowingly hiring illegal alien workers. Require the Social Security Administration to send no-match letters to employers if existing employee's name and social security number don't match in their system. Require the Social Security Administration to notify owners of a Social Security number if their number is used multiple times.

ONLY 37 CO-SPONSORS TO GO, UNTIL E-VERIFY ‘THE LEGAL WORKFORCE ACT’ REACHES THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVE FLOOR.

Yesterday I watched a CNN cable discussion on voting rights of Democrats and Liberals. Democratic House members held a forum on Monday judgmental against states that have passed legislation that tighten voter registration laws, saying the move is a clear and deliberate attack on traditionally disenfranchised poor communities. This is garbage; it is to stop organizations as ACORN in subverting the ‘Rule of Law’ when it comes to voting. Minority Whip Steny Hoyer (D-Md.) cast doubt on GOP claims that fighting fraud is the objective of the new laws. In 2012 we have an historical presidential election, which must be honest and not fraudulently compromised by organizations as ACORN. Nobody is going suppress lawful registrations or absentee ballots. But the past has illustrated that Liberals Progressives have used any method to cheat the system.

State prosecutors are still unraveling the incidents of voter fraud in numerous states, as Democrats intentionally didn’t bother to check seriously flawed registration. We need to oversee every precinct polling station as in previous elections; illegal aliens have been voting and could certainly change the direction of a close vote. To reduce this fraud of our trusted Democracy, we must have a nationwide official picture ID. Statistics from Indiana, Missouri and Georgia, Wisconsin and South Carolina show that ID requirements work well and do not suppress turnout, as Democrats often claim. In all states the aim is to enact a mandatory photo ID, to restore Trust to the electoral process.  If Democrats are so heavily disenfranchised by their states voting in an ID photo law, how do low incomes cash a check or pick up medicine?
