Stand with Arizona, Georgia, Alabama, Indiana and the State of South Carolina and be a voice against the overreaching Department of IN-Justice. If the DOJ can intimidate these few states, trying to stop the overwhelming encroachment of the federal government over state laws. If the federal government fails to carry out its responsibilities, then don’t condemn the states. E-VERIFY--Lamar Smith's Legal Workforce Act (H.R.2885) would require 100% of companies—large and small-- to use E-Verify for all new hires within 2 years. This bill would also require all federal, state, and local agencies as well as federal and state contractors/ sub-contractors and critical infrastructure sites to use E-Verify within 6 months; eliminating the majority of illegal alien workers from the 8.5 jobs they are holding in this country.  Increase employer penalties and fines for knowingly hiring illegal alien workers. Require the Social Security Administration to send no-match letters to employers if existing employee's name and social security number don't match in their system. Require the Social Security Administration to notify owners of a Social Security number if their number is used multiple times.

Yesterday I watched a CNN cable discussion on voting rights of Democrats and Liberals. Democratic House members held a forum on Monday judgmental against states that have passed legislation that tighten voter registration laws, saying the move is a clear and deliberate attack on traditionally disenfranchised poor communities. This is garbage; it is to stop organizations as ACORN in subverting the ‘Rule of Law’ when it comes to voting. Minority Whip Steny Hoyer (D-Md.) cast doubt on GOP claims that fighting fraud is the objective of the new laws. In 2012 we have an historical presidential election, which must be honest and not fraudulently compromised by organizations as ACORN. Nobody is going suppress lawful registrations or absentee ballots. But the past has illustrated that Liberals Progressives have used any method to cheat the system.

State prosecutors are still unraveling the incidents of voter fraud in numerous states, as Democrats intentionally didn’t bother to check seriously flawed registration. DON’T DELAY ANYMORE JOBLESS AMERICAN WORKERS NEED E-VERIFY! Nov 4, 2011

This commentary is not going in depth into the massive problems, borne through the illegal alien epidemic. In a recent Rice University study they estimated it costs $20.000 dollars a year to subsidize each illegal alien. That dollar figure is just the tip of the proverbial iceberg, that according to the Heritage foundation the estimate for support is $113 Billion and climbing. Then additionally we are continuously supporting a majority of the 22 million jobless American workers, fortunately receiving food stamps and some unemployment benefits.

 The ‘LEGAL WORKFORCE ACT’ can help to settle this major problem forever, if the citizens and legal residents challenge the Republicans dominated House and insist on E-Verify. The ‘Ways and Means Committee led by Majority Speak John Boehner (R-OH) must adopt the Mandatory E-Verify Bill (H.R. 2885.) along with the other hesitant House Representatives. This will end the national control of illegal cheap labor and illegal aliens voting in 2012. In our future the TEA PARTY will enforce the 1986 Immigration Control and Reform Act and will not vote into law any new Amnesties or Immigration Reform. States that adopt Sanctuary policies will be ineligible from receiving federal dollars.  Already the liberal presses, motivated by a long list of adverse open border activists are decrying its progression towards a vote. E-Verify will solidify that the American Workforce comes before the hiring of foreign national. Everybody hired will be vetted, to insure they have a right status to work in this country.  In the context of this law, Americans or green card holders who might be flagged can resolve the issue at the nearest Social Security office.

Arizona was the burning fuse that began the firestorm in the illegal immigration battleground. State Governor Jan Brewer has been heavily demonized by the open border, special interests profiteers and yet the lady has stood her ground. She like many others is an American Icon, fighting to stop the state treasury being pilfered further against the continuous onslaught of ECONOMIC invaders. The chain of states being sued currently by the Department of IN-Justice contravenes the sovereignty of Arizona, Alabama, South Carolina, Georgia, because they have pledged to all LEGAL residents to save their states from financial ruin. The Grand Canyon State with limited means opened the eyes of the rest of America, to the two party systems of gross incompetence and money grabbing politicians. That many of the results in these individual states will determine if immigration policing and state enforcement is enacted in 2011. Agricultural, dairy interests have been getting a subsidized ride for decades in using foreign nationals, largely from South of our border, for harvesting their crops.
