Each of the thousands of TEA PARTY cells will be looking to oust those who have pushed our country into this financial chaos. Very few politicians or officials stand openly for restoration of American rights and ready to stand up against the illegal alien occupation. In Arizona Senator Russell Peirce, Governor Jan Brewer, Sheriff Joe Aripaio are serving their people to stop this travesty of our laws and contain the businesses who are profiteering and not hiring a legitimate workforce. Governors such as Andrew Cuomo called the “architect or ruin”, which had much to do with the real estate collapse and low income and illegal immigrant mortgages. Such Mayors as Antonio Villaraigosa of Los Angeles, for evasion of implementing E-Verify and Secure Communities, in exposing foreign nations in the workplace and criminal aliens through a ICE fingerprinting. A new poll conducted by Rasmussen found that 82% of likely voters think businesses should be required to use E-Verify. Because of the incompetence of the major parties the border fence is incomplete (NOT COMPARABLE TO THE 2006 Secure Fence Act) and the 1986 Simpson-Mazzoli immigration laws not enforced.

So many other States are going it alone, to protect their own residents from economic illegal aliens. While California and Sheriff Michael Hennessey, in the ultra-Liberal fortress of San Francisco who is illegally opting out of policing laws such as mandatory Secure Communities, that is a resonating signal for parasitic economic illegal aliens to quickly arrive there. Releasing any illegal aliens is incorrigible, and ICE being implicated shows that the Obama administration has a no intentions of enforcing laws. This is the same fiasco with highlighted States like Nevada and cities as Chicago and Denver named infamously as Sanctuary cities and states, which are ignoring federal law. ICE doesn’t seem to be reigning in these policies and apprehending the officials behind these illegal people havens. Cops and citizens-legal residents are dying, at the bloody hands of illegal migrants and immigrants that the city councils and managers have no interest in rescinding these anti-sovereignty laws and ordinances? When Rep. Jared Polis (D-CO) represent illegal aliens as “Undocumented Immigrants” he and others who use this misnaming of these criminal people, will be ousted in his next re-election, compliments of the TEA PARTY.

This could be the same crisis that would hit Utah, if the Guest Worker program materialized in the Mormon State? Then we have the children of the agricultural workers who taxpayers are forced by the judiciary to support their education. Then under the 14th amendment a female when a baby is born becomes an instant citizen collecting cash payments, food stamps low income housing and free natal care. All this cost is assumed from your taxes and is in the hundreds of billions a year. Outside of farm workers are the economic illegal aliens who come here to have their babies, and place an unimaginable strain on our schooling system. I watched a meeting of the Cato Institute on C-Span, which slurred Bloggers like me, saying that illegal workers were an economical benefit to America? Frank Sherry should be asked about Earned Income tax credit and try to deny it? No person, celebrity or anyone else has a right to complain, as we have more legal immigration than any other part of the world, that includes seven secret amnesties since the 1986 (ICRA.) As for illegal aliens, that if the aroused TEA PARTY has anything to do with it, no Amnesty will ever be passed. All we are doing now is importing more poverty for taxpayers to contend with?
The Liberal wing of Democrats are trying to drive a wedge between Hispanics and the General population, But the plain fact is that there are millions of legalized and multi-generations of Hispanic citizens, who wish to disassociate themselves from South of the border. Equally abhorrent are overstays recognized to be 40 percent of the illegal occupation. If Mexico and other countries has a way of tracking arrivals through ports of entry, by plane, ship or even over the Canadian border, why is this not implemented by Homeland Security and ICE? On March 17, 2011, Democrat Sen. Harry Reid of Nevada speculated for reasons known to himself, that the TEA PARTY would be short lived and disappear? Where he came up with this hypothesis makes the Tea Party branch members laugh, as the Tea Party is continually growing and now in the tens of millions. As of today there are thousands of these cells, as the spirited Founder and chair Rev. William Temple of Freedom Jamboree and the Tea Party National Straw Poll Convention explained at the news conference. Temple reprimanded the majority Speaker of the House Republicans, John Boehner. He had not sufficiently pushed for a cut in the massive federal deficit of 14.5 Trillion dollars and climbing each day. One of the main issues that must be exposed is the distraction of the illegal immigration invasion. This is currently associated with jobs, the economy, gasoline prices and banks that not lending to home buyers.
In El Paso, Texas, yesterday president Obama made a speech relating border security and the need to allow more immigrants into America? The border region is more dangerous than ever before? That the border is so dangerous, that there are signs indicating these certain areas are off limits to the American public. Rep. Michele Bachmann, Senator Rand Paul, key leadership of the Tea Party opposes measures of easing immigration restrictions. Over the previous 3 decades, our borders have become less effective, with easy access in some locations to illegal immigrants, increasing the flood while the enforcement of our existing immigration laws have fallen on deaf ears. Rep. Bachmann stated, " I support legislation that first addresses our most urgent problem: securing America's borders. We must start by using new technologies such as electronic surveillance where most effective. We need to enforce current laws by holding responsible those who willfully violate our nation's immigration laws.”
Bachmann also co-sponsored declaring English as the official language of the US. Activists have said remove incentives and rewards to illegal aliens such as licenses, welfare, and other taxpayer services. Senator Rand Paul in my personal letter said, “I also believe that subsidizing something creates more of it, and I do not think the American taxpayers should be forced to pay for welfare, medical care and other expenses for illegal immigrants. I will work to stop those taxpayer funded benefits." America is a land of charitable and compassionate people, but our generosity and principles are being strained and being abused by those who are willing to break the law, taking our jobs and our tax dollars. Why is it not a felony to enter the United States without permission? Today these individuals are protesting and demanding even more from the taxpayers, in the form of education, health care, services that is provided to citizens and legal residents.
The Tea Party America's has declared that the illegal alien population will begin to shrink instead of growing, if we support candidates that will reflect the will of the vast majority of American citizens. The revolt within the Republican Party is the TEA PARTY who is resentful of both political parties having agendas to support their individual empowerment. This accounts for thousands of extra votes for Democrats and for the GOP exploitable cheap labor. Neither is the belief of the TEA PARTY that wants stronger enforcement at the North and Southern border, which includes a National Guard presence, with the ability to kill drug smuggling, weapons and illegal immigrants, with force if necessary? Furthermore, the mandated use of the new version of E-Verify, that carries tough penalties for businesses that hire workers, without legal status. In addition, the Permanent operation of “Secure Communities” in local police locations, to fingerprint and check their criminal charges through ICE data bases.

Once enlisted in the U.S. Armed Forces, under 8 USC § 1440, these illegal aliens can become naturalized citizens through expedited processing, often obtaining U.S. citizenship in six months?

Sen. Reid has done nothing to safeguard his state from being overrun by illegal alien workers in the entertainment and service industries or taking taxpayer unemployment benefits. With 15 million American workers jobless nationwide, one wonders why Reid hasn’t made E-Verify permanent across America to save jobs. Reid must be coming out of a coma, as he obviously in complete denial that the majority of the people want nothing to do with amnesty or back door amnesty of the Dream Act This Path to citizenship or the "DREAM ACT" is not limited to a few College graduates but an amnesty that includes illegal aliens up to age 35! And the illegal families homesteading arrival can even incorporate children as late as age 15! This bill is a giant fraudulent loophole that nationals can claim an amnesty without, providing proof of meeting certain conditions. The propaganda for DREAM ACT is false and deceptive. This amnesty is NOT limited to high school valedictorians or other high-achieving college students, who were brought to the U.S. illegally when they were babies. It is yet another terrible strain on taxes, caused by yet another part of the “Instant citizenship” syndrome that effects public benefits and alienates many of our own impoverished Americans.

If anybody cares to review the 2006 Secure Fence Act, that if remained un-amended by Republican Kay Bailey Hutchinson the growing occupancy of illegal aliens would not have happened and reached the 18 and up population.

During a 2006 senate discussion in a slight-of-hand under the leadership of Senator Harry Reid (D-NV) the second fence, that was to run parallel, with the border fencing as we observe today, was omitted from the construction. Future President to be Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton decided that the Secure Border Fence Act of 2006, which directs the secretary of Homeland Security to construct 700 miles of double border fencing along specific sections of the U.S.-Mexico border, should NOT BE ENFORCED as authored. To me this would have achieved a momentous difference, from halting the ongoing invasion of drug cartels, illegal aliens and OTM (Other than Mexican).When America is currently rolling in economic turmoil from millions of illegal aliens stealing hard-to-find jobs, accessing welfare programs; when home foreclosures are at an all-time high.

Duncan Hunter tried to revitalize the--DOUBLE LAYER--fence said, "Instead of obeying the law and building the arranged fencing, the Department of Homeland Security began to immediately retreat from the mandates of the bill, and Years later Rep. Duncan Hunter proved his point, by detailing the success of a fifty mile twofold fencing in San Diego, California to the Pacific Ocean. Just remember to throw out all incumbents that are pro-amnesty for illegal immigrants this November. Details at NUMBERSUSA. A disabled anchor baby is more valuable than a healthy one. The two Silverio anchor babies generate $1,000 per month in public welfare funding. Flor gets $600 per month for asthma. Healthy Cristian gets $400. Cristobal and Felipa last year earned $18,000 picking fruit. Flor and Cristian were paid $12,000 for being anchor babies. This illegal alien family’s annual income tops $30,000. Cristobal Silverio, when drunk one Saturday night, crashed his van.
