Arizonas Border fence by donation 7/24/2011 11:20 PM

Has any American thought to question the Liberals and Democrats, why they think the 1986 Immigration Control and Reform Act is broken? Is so, like any bill--why cannot be amended, as they are able with any law that passes through Congress?  Again, the next question is why these people in the Senate are pushing for another Amnesty, when such an event would injure the American people adding to the bleeding national deficit. Even if the Congress found the votes to pass another Amnesty, isn't it incredulously pathetic to add another 2.5 Trillion to the US treasury 14.5 Trillion dollars deficit. This is according to the Heritage Foundation Robert Rector's projection, after analyzing the 1986 volume Amnesty that cost only 76 Billion dollars. Are you willing to have your tax dollars spent on legitimizing every person who breaks our laws? For over three decades nothing has been done, in fact the Simpson/Mazzoli bill was an absolute failure.

IF AMERICANS DON'T START SPEAKING UP AND DEMANDING THAT THEIR OWN INTERESTS ARE FULLY RECOGNIZED BY THE POLITICIANS, THEY WILL BE SADDLED WITH AT LEAST 20 MILLION FOREIGN NATIONALS, WHICH THEY WILL HAVE TO SUPPORT, PLUS GOD KNOWS HOW MANY FAMILY MEMBERS UNDER THE CHAIN MIGRATION LAW.

Not because enforcement didn't work, because either party abused it and ignored the statutes. Businesses got illegal waivers and just flatly ignored the interests of American workers and profusely kept on hiring cheap labor. So we should not blame one political party, as both must take the culpability equally. Democrats pushed by Liberals, had their own agenda to jam as many illegal foreigners into this country, hoping to accumulate millions of extra votes--legal or illegal. Even though only "US Citizens" have a sovereign right to vote in elections. Today we have total chaos, as millions have illegally arrived here, cementing themselves in thousands of communities having babies and vanishing into the mainstream of the American lifestyle. The US government and the open border lobbyists are now publishing that illegal immigration, has slowed. Perhaps the best people to ask if this is a correct assumption, is the anonymous voices of the US Border Patrol?

Even if this were true, what about the 20 million plus already here? What about the 8 million illegal nationals who have stolen jobs from Citizens and legal residents? Washington has certainly forgotten that we are a nation of laws which should be enforced? Not just in the Border States, but across the country you will find the invaders who crowd day labor centers, the welfare line and millions who have the audacity to protest in the streets, demanding civil rights. Our loose laws have caused massive hardships for Americans from the Southwest to the furthest corners of our nation. Not just jobs stolen by these people, but their children crowding the classrooms of every big city to overflow. Whether you like this illegal immigration occupation or not, it effects every one of us?

Because the Liberal courts have ordered these edicts, we must school their children through K-12 and forcibly pay for it. Schools and emergency health care is another Liberal tax upon us all, that even if you break the law, the people of this country must insure medical treatment. Just go into any big city hospital currently, as they crammed with uninsured individuals and families with children, the majority who have slipped pass our porous frontier fencing, flown in from other countries. American hospitals are in a critical state and in Arizona, California have closed their doors from unpaid services.

Arizona was the insuring catalyst that's removed the blurred illegal immigration cataract image from America’s eyes, showing that this issue has become uncontrolled.  The majority of the population suddenly aware that the State of Arizona was under the gun, from the Communist ACLU and a bunch of wide open border heretics in the federal courts That the legal populace had a sovereign right carry on with their lives, and not being heavily taxed to supplement illegal aliens who had settled there. Probably more so than any other State other then the Sanctuary state of California and Nevada, Arizona was targeted being close to the border by Economic illegal immigrants, criminals  and were abusing every welfare and public entitlement program available to them. The American people must demand of their politician, no more accommodating the poor, desperate of other countries, but look to our own suffering low income workers.

A new report from the Migration Policy Institute found that only 3.2% of the nation's employers are currently enrolled in E-Verify. Hundreds of thousands more are incurably dishonest, as they are still are sneaking foreign nationals in the workplace. Businesses that knowingly hire illegal labor, should be judged as criminals, heavily fined and imprisoned on the second offense. House Judiciary Chairman Lamar Smith's mandatory E-Verify bill, Legal Workforce Act (H.R. 2164), would require 100% of employers to use E-Verify within two years. The only political party, a splinter membership of the Republicans is the TEA PARTY whose intention is to stop illegal immigrants from coming here. Zero Tolerance to detain, and deport with second illegal entrance carrying a prison term. Join in the fight with the TEA PARTY, as illegal immigration is our third war on our frontier. This is the people's wars that if we don’t end it, will an even cause far worse irreversible overpopulation situation in our future. The TEA PARTY IS UNWAVERING in reducing  government, reducing--ALL--taxes including that which supplement that attracts Foreign nationals who broke our laws and then surprisingly rewarded.

Rep. Gallegly (R-CA) wrote that E-Verify is efficient, easy to use, and the best bill currently offered in Congress to put Americans back to work. Gallegly has said," The myth that illegal immigrants only hold jobs that American workers won’t do is just that — a myth. Recent studies estimate that 20 percent of cooks, 25 percent of construction workers, 22 percent of maids and housekeeping personnel, and 25 percent of groundskeepers are illegal immigrants. In addition, 40 percent of illegal immigrants are visa overstays, many of whom take high-end jobs from Americans."
Further, "When fast-food company Chipotle was audited and hundreds of its illegal workers were fired, American citizens lined up the next day for a chance to work at those jobs."

Gallegly added, “U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services data from last year show that 98.3 percent of employees were confirmed as work-authorized instantly or within 24 hours using E-Verify. A 2009 report by research firm Westat found that those eligible to work are immediately confirmed 99.5 percent of the time. E-Verify is free, very accurate and reduces paperwork for American businesses.
California's budget deficit is $28 billion yet the state spends $21.8 billion subsidizing illegal immigration, or 75% of their total deficit. Massachusetts could almost clear their books by ending illegal alien subsidies; the state's deficit is $2 billion while their annual cost of illegal immigration is $1.86 billion.

The world of Academia have stated in many publications, that is mostly Liberal progressive oriented media that immigration of any kind, is good for the economy? They insult Californians, Arizonians; Nevadans legal residents burgeoned down with a never ending influx of poverty, which taxpayers are--FORCED-- to sustain.  Fair's statement is, "American taxpayers spend $113 billion annually subsidizing illegal immigration and padding the pockets of businesses addicted to cheap labor. Taxpayers at the state and local levels bear the brunt, providing $84 billion in services annually while the federal government spends $29 billion. In some states, reducing the fiscal burden of illegal immigration would represent nothing short of an economic miracle:  The latter figure is — incidentally — almost exactly equal to the interest payment on the total federal debt this past April. Of course, the debt continues to grow uncontrollably because the government must borrow to keep up with, among other things, the growing cost of illegal immigration.

Fair also provided, “The savings can't be realized overnight because much of the expense is mandated by law requiring the education of the children of illegal aliens, many of whom are U.S. born, and for emergency medical treatment. But it is a responsible step in the right direction. Reducing these costs requires the administration to actually enforce existing immigration laws, complete border fencing, allow states to participate in the enforcement process, and otherwise deny benefits and incentives to illegal aliens. Fewer than 6 percent of legal immigrants were admitted because they possessed skills deemed essential to the U.S. economy. Most are admitted because of family ties to earlier immigrants, many of whom are living in poverty or near poverty. As a result, immigration bloats an already-existing surplus of low-skilled workers, increasing job competition and driving down wages for American workers.

We can all stand with our fellow jobless countryman by Calling House and Senate Leadership NOW Call the Capitol Switchboard at 202-224-3121 As a conclusion, Arizona needs our help from years of a neglected border and the flow of--ECONOMIC--foreign nationals. Don't take my word for the facts, as you can find the ugly truth of the illegal settlement at NumbersUSA that has been forced upon us for over thirty years. There have been 6 hidden small Amnesties and the clandestine millions of skilled workers that have arrive here every year, in competition from US workers high paying jobs.
